it's the little things that make life worth living.
trying to define yourself is like trying to bite your own teeth ~ alan w. watts~ rather than try and come up with a deep meaningful definition of who i am, i think i'll just provide a random list of facts that may or may not reveal my inner psyche... i am obsessed with the color orange, i have the comfiest bed ever, scarves and skate shoes are two of my biggest weaknesses, i have an aversion to using capital letters (i don't think they look pretty), i have tons of freckles, i still sleep with my teddybear, squirrel is one of my favorite words, i love to smile (i already have laugh lines, which i love, not so crazy about the premature gray hair though), and finally, i'm a big fan of random conversations that cover everything and nothing.

Hmmm....very intriguing!! Sounds like you feel yourself going through a bit of a transformation.
Transforming from and into, turning things once was into what will be, or just spinning time into a form that best fits you.
May the healing process be a nurturing one and embelish yourself in orange, I say!

I stumbled across your blog and was hit by the tone of your writing. I am only a few years your senior but I remember sounding much like you if I put myself in black and white. I have to say though it is an amazing journey that we are on weaving in and out of dark days and days filled to the top sunshine. I traded identities trying to find the one that fit best. To this day I carry a bit of each identity with me I don't know that we ever find who we are. I think thats just it though its not finding out who we are. We are only suppose to relish in every experience that confronts us and hope that it adds an interesting shade to who we are and were when its all said and done.
